With an emphasis on meeting your specific needs, IWU has returned the word “customer” to customer service. Our trained customer service professionals will provide a number of disposal and recycling options for all of your waste streams. Our mission is to offer the most cost-effective alternatives available, while minimizing environmental liability issues. Our experienced team of professionals will assist you to overcome all waste management challenges.

We will work with you to determine the best packaging methods for your waste streams: drums, one- or two-yard bins/boxes/bags, tote tanks, tanker trucks, or roll-off containers. Prior to waste removal, we will assist you with waste characterization and profiling. After receiving the proper technical information, our customer service department will complete a waste characterization sheet which will be submitted to disposal sites for approval. We offer 24-hour profile approval on an as-needed basis and adhere to a standard three-day approval process under normal circumstances.
